The Harrington Park School District is proud and excited to share the 2024-2027 HPSD Strategic Plan with the Harrington Park community. This three-year strategic plan is the product of work that started with a series of community sessions in the spring of 2024 and outlines the district's priorities and areas of focus for the next three years. The document captures a forward-thinking vision for student learning in Harrington Park that is centered around preparing our students to be future leaders. The plan conveys both the collected hopes and aspirations of Harrington Park's students, staff, administration, Board of Education, parents, families, and community for the district and the steps the district will take to achieve this vision. Over the next three years, this document will serve as the district's "North Star" as we work to bring this vision to life and ensure that Harrington Park students will continue to "Lead the Way," regardless of how the world looks five, ten, or twenty years from now.

Below you will find additional information and resources regarding the 2024-2027 HPSD Strategic Plan. These include a link to the public presentation of the plan at our September 23, 2024 Board of Education Meeting, a link to the full three-year plan document, and a quick-glance view of the four overarching goals of the strategic plan. Updates on the district's progress in meeting the goals articulated in the strategic plan will be shared at the beginning, middle, and end of each year in public presentations during Board of Education meetings before being posted on this page, as well.

Your feedback and input has been invaluable and we look forward to continuing to collaborate with you as we put the plan into action and bring these ideas to life.
