Mr. Conlon comes to Harrington Park with 17 years of experience in public education as a general and special education teacher, having taught at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, a K-12 supervisor of multiple content areas, and most recently as an elementary school principal for the past four and a half years.

After earning a BA from Wesleyan University in Sociology, Mr. Conlon attended Bank Street College of Education to pursue an MSEd degree and obtain his teacher certification. Mr. Conlon would later obtain an MA degree in Educational Leadership from Ramapo College and is currently a doctoral student in Montclair State University's Teacher Education and Teacher Development program.

Mr. Conlon is excited to be joining the team in Harrington Park and committed to ensuring that Harrington Park School continues to "Lead the Way!"
