13th Annual Project Pride THANKSGIVING DRIVE 2022 For the past 13+ years, 8th Grade Project Pride has worked with HP Now we're asking the greater HP Teens for Tomorrow & Woodcliff Lake school and community for help. If you're interested in adopting a Project Nest to supply Thanksgiving family, please email dinners to more than 600 families in HPturkeydrive@hpsd.org with Newark affiliated with The Apostles' how many bags you would like - House through our "Adopt a Family" bags will be sent home with your Program. child. Below is our shopping list that makes a complete meal bag. Any brand can be purchased. Cost to fill a bag is ~$20-25. Bags include a sticker for your child to write a short Happy Thanksgiving greeting and can be signed with their first name/initials. Please place the form back in the bag once finished & affix the sticker to the bag. Turkey & ham donations are NOT needed this year, as in the past. -2 20 OZ. CANS OF FRUIT (ANY VARIETY) -3 15 OZ. 7th Grade LA students showed off their writing skills by writing compound, complex and compound/complex sentences by creating Dream Resort Travel Brochures. Students pretended they were writers for an advertising agency that had been hired to market a new resort. Their job was to create a brochure highlighting the best points of the resort, by using a variety of sentence types.
